Chief Executive Officer
Rick is the third generation owner of B&B Distributors. He started working full time with company in 2003 on a route truck. He has since held various positions within both the sales and administrative departments. He is an avid craft beer drinker whose favorite styles include porters, imperial stouts, goses and sours.
Rick received his bachelors from Furman University and an MBA from Winthrop University. In his spare time Rick and his wife Rebecca love to travel. All his other spare time these days is dedicated to his three sons Raines, Davis and Cason.
Charles started with B&B Distributors in 1997 as a Spare Man in the sales department. He held various positions in the sales department that included Peddle Route Salesman and Team Leader. In 2006, Charles become the Brand Manager for Yuengling and assumed the management of the Monster Energy brands as well as other non-alcoholic brands. In early 2015, Charles moved into his current position as Operations Manager.
Charles grew up in Chester, South Carolina and graduated from Presbyterian College in 1986. He currently lives in Rock Hill with his wife and four children. Charles enjoys the family atmosphere of B&B Distributors and the ever changing dynamics of the distribution industry.
Dick, son of company founders Dick Bridges, Sr. and Elizabeth Bridges, began working for the Company in 1959 during summer breaks from school. When he graduated Wofford College in 1966 he began full time employment as the office and warehouse manager. Upon his Father’s passing in 1968 he assumed leadership of the Company along with his Mother and within a few years was named President and CEO.
During his career he served on various civic and industry boards and committees including the Anheuser-Busch Wholesaler Panel and chairman of the SC Beer Wholesalers Association, York Technical College Foundation, York County Red Cross, the Combined Arts Fund, and the Rock Hill Tax/Tourism Commission.
Today Dick is semi-retired and enjoys his old cars, boating, and playing a little golf.
Assistant Sales Manager
Andy started his career with B & B in 1991 very shortly after graduating from Winthrop University. He received a bachelor’s degree in political science and minored in history. He has over 25 years of beer experience. He began as a spare man and has worked as a salesman, a Team Leader, Grocery Key Account Manager, and has been the Assistant Sales Manager for the past 2 years.
Andy is originally from Wilmington, NC and has been in Rock Hill since 1987. He enjoys spending time with his wife Traci and their 3 children Jordan and his wife Ashlyn, Morgan, Brandon, and their grandchild Aubrie. He also enjoys camping, fishing, and NASCAR.
Linda grew up in Monticello, IN and received her BA in Education from Ball State University. After teaching school for several years, she married Dick Bridges and moved to Rock Hill. She joined the Company in 1993 as Vice President and Director of Corporate Social Responsibility and also serves as leader of our Steering Team.
Linda has been very active in local civic groups, serving as President of the Junior Welfare League, the YMCA Board of Directors and the York County Concert Ballet Company. She also served on various boards, including the York Technical College Foundation Board, Rock Hill School District Foundation Board, Kiwanis Club, City Club of Rock Hill, Winthrop Fine Arts Board, York County Special Housing Board and the Boys and Girls Clubs of York County. She also served on the Salvation Army and the United Way fundraising campaigns.
Linda enjoys singing in the First Associated Reformed Presbyterian Church choir and spending any spare time with her grandchildren, reading and visiting the South Carolina coast.
Executive Vice President
Jenna is enthusiastic, with an unwavering work ethic and is a supportive core member of the B&B Distributors’ team. She has worked as an accountant for 13 years but what really matters is her life-long passion for cooking, whenever time permits you can find her putting together a meal that will make you wonder what holiday is being celebrated. Her love and care for her dogs is admirable and we should all strive to be more like her, for them it is the easy life. Her favorite beer is Budweiser.
Dave joined B&B Distributors in January of 2020 after a 22 year career with Anheuser-Busch. Dave worked in many roles at AB that included Contemporary Marketing Rep, District M, Pricing Coordinator & Director of Trade Mktg. Dave is a married father of 2 girls and enjoys working in their yard and playing with their girls in the pool any chance he can. Dave enjoys outdoor activities including golf and beach trips. Favorite beer is Budweiser
Tommy joined B&B Distributors February 16, 1984 after 8 years as a Peddle Route Salesman and Full Service Salesman with Rock Hill Coca-Cola Company. Over his 33 years with B&B Distributors, he has held several positions that include Peddle Salesman for the Clover, Lake Wylie and Tega Cay territories. Territory Manager over Rock Hill, Fort Mill, Tega Cay and the Lake Wylie market. Tommy moved into his current position as Sales Manager in 1993.
Tommy’s hobbies include riding motorcycles and golfing. His best time is spend with his family and friends and his favorite place is any beach. Favorite beers include Budweiser, Porters, Stouts, Barrel Aged and Sour beers.
Sherri is passionate about the Human Resources field and has been helping employees and her employer stay on track for 26 years with 17 of that at B & B Distributors. She started her HR Career in the Mortgage Banking Industry and is now enjoying the same drive and competitive nature of employees in the Beer Industry.
Sherri is from Charlotte, NC. She enjoys spending time at the coast with family and friends. Hobbies are reading, motorcycle riding, scuba diving and boating. Oh… and her love for her 23-pound cat “Gypsy”.
Director of Human Resources
Fleet and Facilities Manager
Rodney started with B&B Distributors in April of 1999 as a peddle salesman. During his tenure he has held various positions including his current role as Facilities and Fleet Manager. His responsibilities include the overall maintenance of all facilities and fleet within the company.
Rodney is married to his wife Shannon and they have one son, Caleb. He enjoys hunting and fishing and spending time outdoors. He and his family currently reside in Rock Hill, South Carolina and enjoy the nice quite life the country has to offer.
